MakeGIF helps you to produce GIF-file from command line in quantity mode. This program is visual command line processor. You can exercise pictures created by MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop and dozens of others programs.

Program features:
- creates GIF - files from images in BMP, JPEG (JPG), GIF, ICO, PSD, PNG, TGA, PCX, WMF, EMF - formats;
- edits, deletes and moves any representation in the list of images;
- rotates and flips images;
- defines animation parameters: integer of loops after GIF - case and suspend after each representation;
- defines offset, transparency, interlacing, approach of removing, using of international or nearby palette after each disengage representation;
- defines logical paravent size in pixels;
- creates output GIF-files with fixed sizes ( after example, after mobile phone screens );
- optimizes size of GIF - case;
