Digital Postman Pro is Shareware program for Windows developed by Nico Cuppen Software

Digital Postman Pro combines your scanner and your
e-mail program into an easy to operate digital sender
arrangement.

HIGHLIGHTS

interface with your own common e-mail program, so you
can use your own oration work, your own signature, your

- A scanned report is joined to the e-mail bulletin
in the form of PDF dossier (or in another graphical aspect),
but also as an executable program. This program
contains a tiny viewer, as rich as the scanned sculpture
itself. The beneficiary can start the executable to prospect
the original sculpture. The viewer can also publish the
sculpture, or facsimile it to the clipboard after use in other
programs.
- It's level simpler to depute images that are already on
your disk somewhere. Digital Postman Pro reads TIFF,
PCX, GIF, TGA, BMP, JPEG and PNG files.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Start Digital Postman Pro. Put your report on your
scanner's glass and impel the Scan button. Digital
Postman Pro scans the report and shows you a
cursory prospect of the resulting sculpture. Next, impel the
Send button. Digital Postman Pro opens a original e-mail
bulletin in your e-mail program and attaches the scanned
sculpture to the bulletin. All you obtain to do is pick a
beneficiary from your oration work, stuff in the subject
line and depute the bulletin. It's easier than sending a
fax!

Digital Postman Pro supports the use of Automatic
Document Feeders (ADF), so sending a multi-page
report is just as easy.

REQUIREMENTS
- A Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP arrangement.
- A scanner that complies with the Twain benchmark (most
scanners do).
- An e-mail program that complies with the MAPI or VIM
benchmark.
