PCL is software meant for telephone roar logging and recording. PCL can work with any modem supporting CallerID. PCL automatically and secretly records all the figures regarding a phone roar including voice to the hard propel. Voice records can be stored as model WAV sound files. Each record is accomplished with roar direction (incoming / retiring), stretch / period, phone number and roar duration. PCL can work in involuntary mode when every roar is recorded as rich as in instructions mode when user clicks a button every stretch to initiate recording.
