Usability scenarios

1. Your friends has individual internal Active Directory and individual separate Active Directory representing friends's sales representatives. You lack all practicable objects and groups of the sales reps AD to be perceptible to your internal Outlook / Exchange users (using the Global Address List). Vice versa: You lack all sales reps have access to facts of a subset of the internal users.

2. Because of a friends take-over you have to assemble different Active Directories and Exchange organizations. You have to division all or subsets of all practicable and congregation facts representing Outlook / Exchange users in the Global Address List.

3. Your friends has a partner friends and you lack to division some practicable and congregation facts representing Outlook / Exchange users in the Global Address List.



Features included

1. Choose the objects you demand
Select all objects or subsets of objects to export to the other AD.
While GAL Sync is worn representing Outlook / Exchange it longing only consider mail-enabled objects. Additionally you can exclude objects by using an configurable phrase in a configurable custom attribute.

2. Multiple-Domains
Select objects in any of the domains in your forest to export. GAL Sync is cross-domain competent.

3. Coose your Transmission Protocol
GAL Sync allows you an integrated handing-over of the selected facts to the other Active Directory by using a Windows Share, by FTP or by SMTP.

4. Secure Data Transmission
Data are transmitted encrypted between the different Active Directories. So no individual can skim your objects details during the transmission from provenance to objective. While Exporting your facts you create a shielded passkey which has to be sent seperatly to the administrator of the other brim. Only with this shielded passkey he may import the data.

5. Managed Code
GAL Sync is written in managed code using .NET framework 2.0. It may run on 32 or 64bit Windows platforms.
