Smooth Particle Preloader is Shareware program for Windows developed by FlashComponents

You can easily replacement the bulk and color of the dots, so it visually suits your project. Just make your desired modifications to lone MovieClip in the library.

The animation is based on ActionScript, which makes it active. You can adapt the whiten time and tween speeds and directions by changing a couble of variables. The part values in-between the animation is designed, which makes the animation smoother. The tween is randomly designed, so if you look carefully you can see that the tweens are not similar.

You can erase the part text by background percentText changing equal to false.

When loading is completed, the playhead longing jump to shell 2 where your content can be placed.
