Description:webEdition is Demo program for Mac OS X developed by webEdition Software GmbH webEdition is a price-breaking database-grounded network content supervision system. webEdition stores all "content facts" (including text, images, graphics, burst movies, kind sheets, etc.) in a important database. The advantage of this system is that the page itself does not obtain to be edited if the content has to be changed. Instead, single the database entry has to be changed and the corresponding page re-saved. Additionally, the content stored in the database can be fast searched or worn in other ways (e.g. as a important repository). We decided to base webEdition on MySQL, a database supported by all major providers. This means that a important database contains all the content on the network plat you long to administer with webEdition. However, you hardly mark the database, since it runs primarily in the background. Users single note their network sites and the input boxes on the actual network pages. The webEdition program single has to be installed on the provider's (ISP) server once. This is done by using a uninvolved installation program run on any computer with internet access. Anything else you long to do can be entranced care of with a model network browser. There is no want to instate any software locally.
