Cactusus is a program developed as a replacement for "sticky notes" on your desktop. Just text captivating very tiny space and always staying on acme. Notes can be dragged by mouse to desired place. For each note your can define comments and a "note also" remark. Comments are displayed in a tooltip of the note. "See also" remark may restrict anything that Windows can understand and launch: doc file, snare link etc. To access a note context menu drag mouse over note text and when mouse pointer turns to "assistance" - right-click.

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework.
